Times are tough. Families are losing their homes. Workers are losing their jobs. And paychecks just aren't going as far as they once did.

While the US government has approved major new stimulus bills to help the economy, and to help Wall Street, the benefit on Main Street has not been felt yet.

We are therefore pleased to be able to offer this special "Rent Stimulus" package to those qualified renters whose credit reports show no money owed to any landlords, and have verifiable income.

It is our hope that we can offer additional properties each fiscal quarter. Our properties are chosen for their location, amenities and service.

HOW IT WORKS

Point and click on the green "APPLY NOW" box and you will be taken to the registration page. Provide the requested information and you will be contacted directly by the Qualified Property with current availability or waiting list status. You MUST be a new resident to the property. If there is availability, you will be invited to visit the property to view the model (or actual) apartment. If you do not qualify for a RENT STIMULUS, the property may have independent rent specials to offer you.
